NIFTY test for Surrogacy and Twin Pregnancy !!!
NIFTY test is a non-invasive prenatal test (NIPT) aimed at assessing the fetal risk for trisomy 21, 18 and 13.This test utilizes whole genome sequencing technology to detect cell-free fetal DNA (cffDNA) in the maternal plasma, and analyzes chromosome reads by advanced bioinformatics. NIFTY is able to detect trisomy 13/18/21 in for Surrogacy and Twin Pregnancy with the same sensitivity and specificity as singleton pregnancy.
